 Yes, a RX or Medical Necessity is needed to bill insurance.

 Medicare has certain guidelines and criteria for the TENS unit.  Medicare will not cover for the diagnosis of low back pain.  Please give Physio Care a call and we can explain the guidelines and criteria.
